Sissy Maid Training Schedule: Your Daily Routine of Service

So, you want to be a French Maid? It’s not just about looking cute in a short skirt and a white apron (although that is definitely a huge part of it).

True sissy maid training is about discipline. It’s about learning to serve, keeping things spotless, and knowing your place in the household. Whether you are serving a real-life Domme or just practicing for your future owner, a schedule keeps you focused.

When you are in the uniform, you are not a man. You are the help. Let’s get you to work.

The Uniform Standard

Before you pick up a feather duster, you have to look the part. You can’t feel like a maid in sweatpants.

The Daily Roster (Level 1 Training)

This is a beginner schedule to get you used to the mindset of constant service. You can adjust the times, but do not skip the tasks.

08:00 AM - The Morning Prep

09:00 AM - Light Dusting & Inspection

12:00 PM - The "Lunch" Break

02:00 PM - Deep Cleaning (The Sweat)

06:00 PM - Evening Service

09:00 PM - Uniform Down

3 Rules of Conduct

While you are on the clock, these rules apply to your behavior:

  1. Silence is Golden: Maids are seen, not heard. Don't speak unless spoken to.
  2. The Curtsy: Practice a small curtsy every time you enter a room. Yes, even if you are alone. It trains your muscle memory.
  3. Hands Behind Back: When you aren't cleaning, stand against the wall with your hands crossed behind your back and head bowed. Wait for orders.

The Baseboard Challenge. Put on your outfit (or at least your panties and an apron). Take a damp cloth. Go to the hallway. Get on your hands and knees. Clean the baseboards (the wood trim at the bottom of the wall) for 10 minutes.

Focus on how it feels to be on your knees cleaning while wearing something pretty. That feeling? That’s the Maid Mindset.
